Inspired by a beer during a trip to the west coast, we set out to create a light-flavoured, sour beer with a brilliant blue colour. Using spirulina to achieve the aqua marine colour, we put our own twist on the gose by adding blue raspberry flavouring for our 2024 Wyrd Beer!
